Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ConnectTools (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organisation you register for the Service, and you’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law or the policies of messaging carriers (e.g. WhatsApp, SMS carriers).
  • Transmit malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the contacts, messages, and other content you upload or send through the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service. You’re responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to send messages to your contacts.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ConnectTools and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, including violations of the Acceptable Use section, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement (e.g. an Enterprise SLA). To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectTools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
